What data do we process?

When placing an order: your name, email address, delivery address, billing address, telephone number, order details and payment status. When using the contact form: your name, email address and the content of your message. When visiting the website: anonymised visitor statistics.

For what purpose and on what legal basis?

We process your data to process and deliver your order (performance of a contract), to answer your question (performance of a contract or legitimate interest), to maintain our administration (legal obligation) and to improve the website (legitimate interest).

How long do we keep your data?

We retain order and invoice details for seven years, as required by the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration. Messages sent via the contact form are retained for 12 months after handling.

Who do we share your data with?

We only share data with parties necessary to fulfil your order: Shopify (webshop and checkout environment) and PostNL (carrier). We have entered into data processing agreements with these parties. We never sell your data to third parties.
