What data do we process?

When placing an order: your name, email address, delivery address, billing address, phone number, order details, and payment status. When using the contact form: your name, email address, and the content of your message. When visiting the website: anonymised visitor statistics.

For what purpose and on which legal basis?

We process your data to process and deliver your order (performance of a contract), to answer your question (performance of a contract or legitimate interest), to maintain our administration (legal obligation), and to improve the website (legitimate interest).

How long do we store your data?

We store order and invoice details for seven years, as required by the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration. Messages sent via the contact form are stored for 12 months after they have been handled.

Who do we share your data with?

We only share data with parties that are necessary to process your order: Shopify (webshop and checkout environment) and PostNL (carrier). We have concluded data processing agreements with these parties. We never sell your data to third parties.
